Theresa Daniello is a recognized, drug-policy reform professional in the national cannabis arena. With professionalism, tenacity, and integrity Theresa has introduced many state, community, and business leaders to the impact of cannabis as it pertains to the policy, patient outcomes, healthcare professional education, and recognizing cannabis as a basic human right.
In 2011, after a life-altering event, Theresa began attending political events, cannabis industry policy/business seminars and healthcare professional clinical conferences, almost monthly. During this time, Theresa built many strong relationships, with well-respected international industry experts, researchers, and pioneers while collaborating in innovative and creative solutions for the multiple challenges and obstacles stakeholders face.
As the founder of the Ohio-proposed rights-based cannabis amendment language in 2011, Theresa has discreetly been instrumental in multiple Ohio medicinal cannabis advocacy organizations that either prudently lobbied the legislature for access, or brought proposed rights based statewide language to the forefront of the national policy debate. A University of Dayton Alumni with a degree in Criminal Justice, Theresa lives as a Yogini, and with the UD philosophy of the search for truth and a commitment to the dignity of the human person.
